Dear Sir,
I beg most respectfully to state that we are currently facing a significant problem in our classrooms. Our studies are being hampered as we cannot follow the lectures of our teachers in the large classrooms. The number of students has increased in our college in recent years, leading to overcrowded classes. Bangla and English classes, along with compulsory subjects of the Science group, are held in large rooms. As a result, students sitting in the middle and back benches cannot listen to the lectures of the teachers carefully. This creates a significant problem for our academic progress. This issue can be resolved if the large classrooms are equipped with sound systems.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps to provide sound systems in the large classrooms of our college so that we can better follow the lectures of our teachers.

We, the inhabitants of Dhubil, have the honour to inform you that there runs an important canal called Malotinagor along our village. It is situated near our school, college, and market. Many people, including students, have to cross this canal every day. During the dry season, boats are not available. Therefore, the only way to cross the canal is on foot. However, it has become increasingly difficult for children and girl students to cross the canal on foot as it has deepened and widened over time. Consequently, they often cannot attend school and college for several months. Constructing a small bridge over the canal would alleviate these problems.
In light of the circumstances mentioned above, we earnestly pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps to construct a bridge over the canal and relieve the suffering of the people in this locality.

We, the inhabitants of Dhubil, have the honour to inform you that the main road known as Dhubil-Malotinagor road is the only access route for the people of these two villages. Approximately ten thousand people use this road every day. However, the road has been severely damaged by rainwater and the excessive movement of vehicles. At present, no motor vehicles can operate on it without the risk of an accident. It has been about four months since the rainy season ended, yet no steps have been taken to repair the road. Consequently, the villagers are suffering greatly. Furthermore, there is a large college adjacent to the road, which exacerbates the difficulties faced by female students.
In light of the circumstances mentioned above, we earnestly pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take immediate action to repair the road and alleviate the suffering of the people.
